Attended the 1st Bob Rohm workshop in Rolling Fork. It was an experience I will never forget. Bob is a great teacher, Pat is a wonderful hostess, the food delicious, accommodations 5 stars and Rolling Fork is straight out of "Gone with the Wind". Don't miss this opportunity to learn in the best of surroundings.

If studying portraiture as we did with William Kalwick , the best instructor ever, wonderful models. We walked past plein air painting views along Deer Creek to Pat’s for delicious meal. Pat’s home is an amazing collection of books & paintings from top American painters. You feel immersed in art. I have attended workshops all over the country & the experience was the very best ever! Perfect! Pat has found beauty to preserve this lazy little Mississippi Delta town of Rolling Fork.

The recent William Kalwick workshop in Rolling Fork was a week-long fabulous immersion in portraiture! Bill is a very thorough instructor and was so patient with us throughout the whole process. Eight different models during the course of 5 days -- how often does that happen? congrats

Stapleton, I am on overload after this VERY Intensive 5 day workshop. I can only hope to go home and process all the information. It was worth the 9 hour drive to this sleepy little town of Rolling Fork Ms. I can and will encourage everyone to take one of your workshops. It will be an experience that will change the way you THINK about your approach to composition, values, trees, landscapes, seascapes, and everything else you thought you knew about painting. You not only talk the talk...You know

I have finished the workshop in Rolling Fork, Mississippi. That went well. I had a great group of students who I worked mercilessly. Pat Walker, the organizer of the workshop really does a great job! She provides gourmet meals and has a big studio building for teaching in on rainy days and for portrait workshops. The area around Rolling Forks looks like a Dutch painting and I found the old farm buildings to be great subjects.

An Art Workshop in Roilling Fork is actually a retreat. It feels like home, lots of good food and good art "speak" The instructors are well-prepared and most helpful to all levels. It is great to concentrate on Art for several days without distractions.l Come, enjoy and learn!!

"When Pat contacted me to teach in Mississippi I jumped on the chance as I always enjoy visiting and painting new areas. It ended up being a great decision as the charm of Rolling Fork, the people and the landscape couldn't have been better. Pat also knows how to put a class together, she takes care of every little detail from the best painting locations, lodging and THE FOOD! I highly recommend a workshop with Pat in the real south...you won't be sorry."
Thanks again for considering me.

Pat Walker's workshops for me are like coming home again. A large dose of Southern hospitality combined with great instruction! Experience the Mississippi Deep Delta if you Dare!
A great art experience...

What an experience! The small town of Rolling Fork , ••••••••••• was an experience in itself...and not without some cultural history of it's own. But for an aspiring artist looking for a little inspiration and guidance, I always leave with real substance that I can use. Pat and the artists she brings are first class that have a love to teach and share art.

Great workshop, but the commaraderie of sleeping over Pat's kitchen and eating the best food you've ever eaten can't be beaten!
Ann Hardy thanks
